Tahini Cinnamon Glow Smoothie

Tahini Cinnamon Glow Smoothie

A creamy skin-loving smoothie from Natalie’s kitchen — tahini, banana, chia seeds, cinnamon, and coconut milk blended together into one deeply nourishing glow-food drink.

I’ll admit it…

The first time I heard about adding tahini to a smoothie, I was skeptical.

But after trying it? Completely hooked.

It creates this rich creamy almost nutty warmth that works beautifully with banana and cinnamon.

And combined with coconut milk and chia seeds, the texture becomes incredibly silky and satisfying.

Mitch especially loves this one.

It’s cozy, nourishing, lightly sweet, and packed with ingredients that help support healthy glowing skin from within.

Why We Love It

Tahini

Rich in healthy fats, amino acids, zinc, and vitamins that help support hydrated healthy-looking skin.

Chia Seeds

Loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants that help support the skin barrier and overall glow.

Cinnamon

Adds warmth and comforting flavor while helping balance the smoothie beautifully.

Zucchini

Adds creaminess and nutrients while blending in seamlessly.

Coconut Milk

Creates richness and healthy fats that make the smoothie extra satisfying.

Pro Tip

Chia seeds and tahini are both incredible pantry staples for supporting healthy glowing skin thanks to their healthy fats, minerals, antioxidants, and nourishing properties.

Little additions like these really add up over time.

Glow Note

I love smoothies like this because they feel comforting and nourishing at the same time.

Creamy. Cozy. Easy to make.

The kind of breakfast that quietly makes you feel better afterward.
