Coconut Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Coconut Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

A bright tropical glow-food bowl from Natalie’s kitchen — layered with frozen fruit, greens, coconut, kiwi, and nourishing ingredients that make your body feel refreshed from the inside out.

The second the weather starts warming up, my body naturally starts craving more color.

More fruit.
More greens.
More cold creamy smoothie bowls eaten outside in the sunshine.

This one has become such a favorite lately because it feels incredibly refreshing while still being deeply nourishing and satisfying.

Creamy coconut. Tart kiwi. Frozen cherries. Lime. Greens hidden into every bite.

And yes…there’s a long ingredient list here.

But honestly? Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite ways to use all the little nourishing things I already have on hand.

A scoop of this. A handful of that. More colors. More variety. More texture.

The body loves diversity when it comes to whole foods, and smoothie bowls make it easy to pack so much goodness into one beautiful bowl.

Why We Love It

Dark Cherries + Pineapple

Loaded with antioxidants and natural compounds that help support recovery, hydration, and glowing skin.

Greens

Spinach and kale add minerals, fiber, and nourishment without overpowering the tropical flavor.

Avocado + Coconut Butter

Healthy fats make the bowl creamy, satisfying, and supportive for skin and overall wellness.

Kombucha

Adds probiotics and tangy brightness while helping everything blend beautifully.

Color Variety

One of the simplest ways to support the body is eating a wide range of colorful whole foods throughout the day.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/3 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen avocado
  • 1 cup packed spinach
  • 1 cup packed kale
  • 2 inches cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • kombucha as needed for blending

Natalie’s favorite:

  • GT’s Trilogy Kombucha

Toppings

  • chopped kiwi
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • chopped kiwi lime Lara Bar
  • fresh lime zest

Optional additions:

  • hemp seeds
  • chia seeds
  • granola
  • fresh berries

Directions

Place the smoothie ingredients into a blender in the order listed above.

Add only enough kombucha to help everything blend smoothly. The less liquid you use, the thicker and creamier your smoothie bowl will be.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, coconut, lime zest, and chopped Lara Bar if using.

Serve immediately while thick and cold.

Glow Note

I love smoothie bowls because they make nourishment feel fun, creative, and beautiful instead of rigid.

No rules.
No perfection.
Just colorful ingredients layered together in a way that feels good to your body.

And honestly…anything eaten from a beautiful bowl outside in the sunshine somehow tastes even better.

Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl

Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl

A rich, creamy glow-food bowl from Natalie’s kitchen — filled with berries, coconut, almond butter, and nourishing ingredients that somehow taste far more indulgent than they actually are.

There are certain recipes that genuinely surprise people when I tell them how nourishing they are.

This smoothie bowl is one of those.

Creamy coconut. Almond butter. Frozen berries. Cinnamon. Little bites of fresh fruit and coconut on top.

It tastes almost dessert-like while still being packed with wholesome ingredients that leave you feeling energized instead of weighed down.

This has become one of my favorite warm-weather breakfasts or afternoon resets — especially during summer when cold creamy foods just sound better than anything hot.

And honestly? Kids usually love this one too.

Anything served in a beautiful bowl with toppings somehow feels a little more fun.

Why We Love It

Almond Butter

Adds healthy fats and richness that help make this smoothie bowl deeply satisfying and creamy.

Coconut

Full-fat coconut milk and coconut butter create that luxurious texture while helping support hydration and skin nourishment.

Berries

Blueberries and cherries are naturally rich in antioxidants that help support healthy glowing skin and overall wellness.

Hemp Seeds

Packed with plant protein and healthy fats that help turn this into a balanced nourishing meal instead of just a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberry and cherry mix
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 4 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh blackberries
  • unsweetened shredded coconut

Optional additions:

  • extra almond butter drizzle
  • chia seeds
  • granola
  • cacao nibs

Directions

Place all smoothie ingredients into a blender except the toppings.

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding a little extra coconut milk if needed to help everything blend.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries and shredded coconut.

If you love extra richness, drizzle a little more almond butter over the top before serving.

Enjoy immediately while cold and creamy.

Glow Note

I love recipes that feel comforting and indulgent while still being rooted in real nourishing ingredients.

Those are usually the kinds of meals that naturally become part of your lifestyle long term.

Simple. Beautiful. Satisfying.
