Pineapple + Lemon Detox Smoothie

Pineapple + Lemon Detox Smoothie

A bright tropical smoothie from Natalie’s kitchen — pineapple, lemon, cucumber, greens, chia seeds, and coconut water blended together into one refreshing glow-supportive drink.

This smoothie tastes like sunshine in a glass.

Cold pineapple, bright lemon, crisp cucumber, fresh greens, and coconut water blended together into something incredibly refreshing and energizing.

It’s one of my favorite smoothies when I want something that feels extra hydrating and light while still packed with nourishment.

And yes…keep the lemon peel on.

It adds such beautiful brightness while also delivering an incredible amount of nutrients most people throw away.

The same goes for cucumber peels.

Little details like that add up over time.
