Feeding Your Glow, From The Inside Out

Feeding Your Glow, From The Inside Out

There has always been a strong connection between skincare and nourishment for us.

What we place on our skin.
What we place on our table.
How we care for ourselves daily.

Over the years, that connection naturally became part of the heartbeat behind Love + Be Well — the idea that glowing skin and feeling well often begin with the small rituals woven throughout everyday life.

And now, we are so excited to share the next chapter of that vision with you.

Introducing The Pantry At Love + Be Well

Our little skincare studio at 63 Main Street in downtown Warrenton is growing in the most meaningful way.

We are officially introducing:
The Pantry.

A hand-curated collection of clean pantry staples, functional wellness favorites, and nourishing everyday finds chosen thoughtfully to support healthy living from the inside out.

This space was created very personally.

Every item is something I would genuinely keep in my own kitchen, use in my own home, or reach for in everyday life.

Because wellness should still feel approachable, beautiful, and enjoyable.

A Space Designed Around Nourishment

Inside The Pantry, you’ll find thoughtfully selected items focused on supporting:

  • nourishment
  • simple living
  • healthy routines
  • glow foods
  • functional wellness
  • everyday comfort

Not perfection.
Not extremes.
Just intentional choices that help support feeling well.

The kind of products that quietly become part of your real life.

Our Functional Drink Fridge Might Be Our Favorite Part

If you stop by the shop, you absolutely need to peek inside the drink fridge.

It’s stocked with:

  • probiotic-rich kombucha
  • electrolyte drinks
  • functional wellness beverages
  • refreshing mocktails
  • mushroom-powered drinks
  • nourishing little grab-and-go favorites

Honestly?
It feels like the natural extension of everything we already believe in at Love + Be Well.

Skincare.
Glow foods.
Hydration.
Daily rituals.
Feeling good in your body.

All connected.

More Than A Shop

What we are building at Love + Be Well has never been just about products.

It is about creating a space that feels grounding, comforting, inspiring, and beautifully human.

A place where skincare, wellness, nourishment, and slow living can all exist together naturally.

And truly…
we are so grateful to everyone who continues supporting this little dream of ours.

Celery Juice, Wellness Trends & Learning to Trust Yourself Again

Celery Juice, Wellness Trends & Learning to Trust Yourself Again

Every few months it seems like the wellness world discovers a new miracle.

A powder.
A drink.
A supplement.
A protocol.
A food suddenly crowned the answer to everything.

And somewhere along the way, wellness started feeling less like caring for ourselves…
and more like chasing the internet’s latest obsession.

Celery juice has definitely had its moment.

And honestly?
Of all the wellness trends floating around social media, this one is fairly harmless.

Celery itself is a beautiful food. It contains water, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber when eaten whole. A fresh green juice can absolutely feel refreshing and nourishing as part of a balanced lifestyle.

But we also think it is important to say this:

No single food is going to save your life, heal every symptom, reverse aging, clear all skin issues, balance your hormones, calm your nervous system, and spiritually transform you by Tuesday.

Despite what Instagram may promise.

Wellness Does Not Need To Feel Extreme

One thing we have learned over the years is that health usually looks much less dramatic than the internet makes it seem.

It often looks more like:
consistent meals,
sleep,
movement,
hydration,
fresh air,
whole foods,
stress management,
and small daily rituals that help you come back to yourself.

Not panic-buying celery because someone online said it contains magical undiscovered healing salts.

(We can laugh a little.)

Whole Foods Tend To Win

If you love celery juice, drink it.

Enjoy it because it makes you feel refreshed or helps you get more greens into your day. There is nothing wrong with that.

But whole foods tend to nourish us more completely.

Whole celery contains fiber and tends to be more filling and supportive overall than stripping everything down into another hyper-optimized wellness drink.

We often come back to a very simple philosophy around food:

less obsession,
more nourishment.

The Problem With Wellness Online

Social media has made it incredibly easy to confuse influence with expertise.

And unfortunately, wellness spaces can sometimes leave people feeling fearful around food instead of connected to it.

At Love + Be Well, we prefer a slower and more grounded approach.

One that leaves room for:
common sense,
intuition,
science,
joy,
and flexibility.

Because stress and obsession rarely create the kind of glow people are actually looking for either.

A Softer Way To Care For Yourself

You do not need to constantly chase the next trend to support your health beautifully.

Sometimes wellness looks like:
eating your vegetables,
drinking enough water,
making dinner at home,
getting sunlight,
wearing your sunscreen,
using skincare you love,
and learning to trust your body again.

Simple can still be powerful.

Maybe even more powerful.

And if celery juice becomes part of that rhythm for you?
Wonderful.

Just let it be one small piece of the picture —
not the entire personality.

Love + Be Well,
Natalie

Water, Glow, Repeat

Water, Glow, Repeat

There are so many wellness trends floating around these days.

Morning routines.
Supplements.
Protocols.
Powders.
Potions.
Wellness hacks layered on top of more wellness hacks.

And honestly?
It can become overwhelming trying to figure out where to even begin.

But one thing we continue coming back to over and over again is surprisingly simple:

Drink more water.

Not glamorous.
Not trendy.
Not complicated.

Just foundational.

Why Hydration Matters So Much

Water plays a role in almost everything happening inside the body.

Healthy circulation.
Skin hydration.
Nutrient transport.
Temperature regulation.
Energy.
Digestion.
Detoxification.

Your body depends on it constantly.

And your skin notices when you are not getting enough.

One of the first places dehydration often shows up is in the skin:

  • dullness
  • tightness
  • dryness
  • fatigue
  • puffiness
  • lack of glow

Hydrated skin simply looks healthier, softer, and more radiant.

The Glow Starts From Within

At Love + Be Well, we believe skincare works best when paired with supportive daily habits.

Because glowing skin is not created by products alone.

It is also:
rest,
hydration,
nutrition,
stress support,
movement,
and consistency.

And hydration is one of the simplest places to begin.

Easy Ways To Drink More Water Daily

One thing we know for sure:
busy days make hydration easy to forget.

So here are a few small habits that help make it easier naturally.

Keep Water Beside Your Bed

A glass bottle or carafe beside the bed makes hydration effortless first thing in the morning and throughout the night if needed.

Sometimes the easiest habits are the ones placed directly in front of us.

Start The Morning With Lemon Or Apple Cider Vinegar Water

Many people enjoy beginning the day with:

  • fresh lemon water
    or
  • apple cider vinegar diluted in water

Especially before breakfast.

It can feel refreshing and grounding first thing in the morning.

Some people also enjoy adding vitamin C powder or minerals for extra support.

Carry Water Everywhere

The biggest game changer honestly?

Always having water nearby.

In the car.
At your desk.
At the gym.
Running errands.

Because when water is accessible, you naturally drink more of it without overthinking it.

Dehydration Impacts More Than Skin

Hydration impacts far more than appearance.

When the body becomes dehydrated, it can affect:

  • energy
  • focus
  • digestion
  • regularity
  • stress response
  • circulation
  • recovery

And if you are sweating more than usual —
through exercise, heat, sauna use, or massage —
your body often needs additional hydration support.

Choosing Better Water Bottles

One small switch we personally love?

Choosing glass or stainless steel water bottles whenever possible.

Simple.
Reusable.
Durable.
Less waste overall.

At Love + Be Well, we love wellness habits that feel sustainable and realistic long term.

Wellness Does Not Need To Be Complicated

Sometimes the healthiest habits are still the simplest ones.

Drink more water.
Get outside.
Move your body.
Sleep more.
Feed yourself nourishing foods.
Support your skin gently.

Not every wellness habit needs to be extreme to be effective.

And honestly?
Hydration may still be one of the most underrated beauty rituals there is.

Natalie
