Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
cleansing, hydrating, metabolism boosting, antioxidant rich
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cucumber
1 cup parsley
1.5 cups spinach
1/2 lemon
1-2 inches ginger
coconut milk
coconut water
Throw everything in a blender and whiz it up!
PROTIP: when adding any fruit to a smoothie its always a good idea to balance out the natural sugars with a healthy fat (here we used full fat coconut milk) to slow down the sugar absorption and keep you from having highs and lows
