Pineapple Ginger Smoothie

​1 cup frozen pineapple
​1/2 cucumber
​1 cup parsley
​1.5 cups spinach
​1/2 lemon
​1-2 inches ginger
​coconut milk
​coconut water

Throw everything in a blender and whiz it up!

👉​PROTIP: when adding any fruit to a smoothie its always a good idea to balance out the natural sugars with a healthy fat (here we used full fat coconut milk) to slow down the sugar absorption and keep you from having highs and lows👍
