Kombucha Sorbet
This yummy kombucha sorbet is so fast to whip up anytime. I like it when I have a sore throat as well. Easy to make for an after dinner treat when you have company as it always impresses.
Ingredients:
Kombucha – I like GT’s brand
Frozen Berries – I like strawberries a lot for this
Splash of lemon or lime juice
You can also add a splash of ginger juice for a bit of a bite
Place berries in your blender and add just enough kombucha to blend into sorbet consistency
Serve in a pretty glass
Tip – you can pour full fat coconut milk over the top for a creamy treat
