​1 cup frozen blueberries
​1/4 cup chia seeds
​2 scoops collagen (optional)
​1 cup coconut milk (or any nut milk you like)
​1 tsp vanilla
​1 tbls raw honey, maple syrup, or date syrup
​1 tsp lemon juice(optional)

​Throw everything in a blender and whiz it up. Pour into cups and pop in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
