Coconut Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

​When the days get longer and the weather starts to turn warmer my body begins to crave more fruits and veggies for sure which always includes smoothie bowls 🥣 There is a lot of nutrition packed in this beautiful bowl for sure! Full of gut-loving, skin beautifying, body hydrating, immune-boosting yumminesssssss! What more do you need?

​Admittedly, this is a long list, but if I have it on hand I pack that sucker. The more variety and colors you can eat in a day they happier your cells are, and smoothie bowls are just a great way to load up!

​Start experimenting with flavors you like with ingredients you have on hand! Try to use a nice mix of frozen fruits, healthy fats and fun toppings.

​ 👉 Smoothie ingredients:

1/3 cup frozen dark cherries

1/3 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 frozen avocado

1 cup packed spinach

1 cup packed kale

2 inches cucumber

1 tbls coconut butter

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 lime juiced (zest for the top)

1 tsp spirulina

1 tsp cinnamon

Kombucha just to blend - I used GT's Trilogy here but many of their flavors would rock!


Chopped kiwi

Shredded coconut (unsweetened)

lara bar - kiwi lime, chopped

Lime zest

How To

Place ingredients in blender in order as listed above, adding only enough Kombucha to get it to blend. Note, your smoothie will be thicker with the less liquid you add.

Pour in a bowl and top with kiwi, coconut, and lara bar (optional). ENJOY!!
