If I told you this Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl was good for you, I do not think you would believe me. So indulgent tasting but with zero guilt. Totally paleo and keto friendly. Perfect go to during the summer months. Your kids will even eat it!
Coconut Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
ingredients
1 cup ice
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (more if needed to blend)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries & cherry mix
2 cups baby spinach
2 Tbls raw almond butter
1 Tbls coconut butter
4 Tbls raw hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings – 1/2 cup Fresh strawberries and blackberries, shredded unsweetened coconut
How To
Blend all ingredients except the toppings. Scoop into a pretty bowl and top with fresh berries and coconut shreds.
Tip – you could drizzle with more almond butter if that’s your jam:), or any raw nut/seed
