GLOWING SKIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
All organic ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed fruit - banana, strawberries, mango
1 cup packed baby spinach
1 stalk celery
3 inches cucumber
1/2 avocado
1 tsp flaxseed oil
1 tsp aloe
1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
1/2 cup kombucha - we like GT's Trilogy because of the lower sugar (more f needed to blend)
Use a smoothie cup or blender and whiz this baby up!
