SKIP DESSERT & HAVE THIS GLORIOUS BOWL🥝🍓🥣


​I know, cake, cookies, fudge, ice-cream.....but seriously....THIS BOWL😊

👉 ​INGREDIENTS:

​@kitehillfoods vanilla unsweetened yogurt
​@thedatelady date syrup
​Kiwi
​Strawberry
​Blueberry
​Sprouted/Toasted Buckwheat (you can totally use a granola like @onedegreeorganics)

​I swirl a drizzle of maple syrup or date syrup into the yogurt, gives it that pinkish hue. You can skip that part if you desire. Top with all the goodies!

​I was messing around sprouting all sorts of things and ended up making these sprouted/toasted buckwheat (or groats) and boy are they ChRunChY!! Once I have a whole recipe, I will share!

​PROTIP: Eat. More. Berries! Berries reduce skin wrinkling, as their antioxidants help control free radicals, one of the leading causes of skin damage that contributes to aging skin. AND, yogurt is an excellent source of probiotics to support gut health naturally.
