Ingredients:
1 cup grass fed yoghurt
1 tbl almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbl flax seed oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbl maple syrup
Chopped apples
Blueberries
Unsweetened coconut shreds
Flax seed

How to:
Mix first 6 ingredients then top with the last 4. Enjoy!
