It’s one of those smoothies I love when my body is craving hydration, greens, and lighter nourishing foods.
And the ginger gives it the best little spicy kick that wakes everything up beautifully.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1/2 lemon
- 1–2 inches fresh ginger
- splash coconut milk
- coconut water to blend
Optional:
- chia seeds
- collagen
- spirulina
- fresh mint
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding coconut water as needed for consistency.
Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.
