Ingredients
all organic when possible
- 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
(banana, strawberries, mango) - 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 inches cucumber
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
- 1 teaspoon aloe
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup kombucha
Optional:
- collagen
- chia seeds
- spirulina
- extra greens
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding additional kombucha if needed for blending.
Serve immediately while cold and fresh.
