There are certain wellness practices that become part of your life because they make a noticeable difference.

For me, NAD+ is one of them.

At 54 years old, I’ve learned that aging well isn’t about chasing youth. It’s about supporting the body in ways that help you feel vibrant, energetic, clear-minded, and capable of fully enjoying your life.

After my Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis in 2014, I became deeply committed to understanding how the body works and what it truly needs to thrive. That journey led me to clean eating, reducing toxic exposures, prioritizing sleep, managing stress, and nourishing my body from the inside out.

But in recent years, I’ve become increasingly interested in cellular health and longevity.

That’s where NAD+ entered the picture.

And for me, it has been a game changer.

What Is NAD+?

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body.

Think of it as one of the key molecules involved in cellular energy production.

The challenge is that NAD+ levels naturally decline as we age.

Why I Started Paying Attention to NAD+

I’ve always believed that how we age is influenced by the daily choices we make.

As someone who is passionate about graceful aging, I wasn’t looking for a quick fix.

I was looking for support at the cellular level.

I wanted to continue feeling strong, capable, mentally sharp, and energized—not just for myself, but for my family, my business, and the life I love.

At 54, I’m more interested in vitality than vanity.

I’m interested in supporting my body, honoring the wisdom that comes with age, and investing in the habits that help me feel strong, energized, and well.

NAD+ has become an important part of that journey.

Alongside nourishing food, restorative sleep, movement, sunshine, stress management, and clean living, it has earned a permanent place in my wellness routine.

Because aging gracefully isn’t about becoming younger.

It’s about becoming your healthiest, most vibrant self at every age.
