Tahini Cinnamon Smoothie
This Tahini Cinnamon Smoothie helps to promote healthy glowing skin from the inside out.
1 frozen banana
1 small zucchini
4 ice cubes
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbls chias seeds
1 tbls tahini
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop collagen (optional)
Topped with unsweetened coconut shreds
Throw everything but the coconut shreds in the blender. Whiz. Pour into cups and top with coconut. Enjoy!
This recipe was inspired by @nutritionstripped and I wasn't sure about the tahini in a smoothie but found it delicious! Mitch especially loved it.
