This recipe makes enough for 1 person. Feel free to adjust quantiles depending on taste!

You will need a cold pressed juicer. Or you can blend and make a smoothie if you do not have a juicer. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

5 Stalks organic celery

6 inches cucumber

1 green apple

1-2 inches fresh ginger

1/2 lemon with peel

1 inch fresh turmeric

If Making a Smoothie, we suggest adding ice and coconut water to blend!
