GLOW Juice recipe
This GLOW Juice recipe will have your skin glowing and hydrated from the inside out! Packed full of anti-inflammatory benefits, antioxidants, vitamin A, C & E, will help reduce inflammation, and puffiness. Helps fight free radical damage that can prematurely age your skin, promotes collagen production to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and can help even your skin tone. Aids in digestion and promotes healthy growth of bacteria in your gut.
This recipe makes 1 quart approx.
You will need a cold pressed juicer. Or you can blend and make a smoothie if you do not have a juicer.
Glow Juice Recipe
1 bunch organic celery
1 organic seedless cucumber
2 organic green apples
1-2 inches fresh ginger (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 organic lemon with peel
1 inch fresh turmeric (optional)
Makes approx 1 quart. Consume within 2-3 days. Store in a glass container.
If Making a Smoothie, we suggest adding ice and coconut water to blend!
