We LOVE these Crunchy Chickpeas so much and will munch them plain. Awesome to use as a salad topper. Great crouton replacement! You can vary your spices and make so many versions.
15oz drained chickpeas
1 tbls avocado oil or coconut oil
1 clove garlic minced fine
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Set oven to 400 degrees
Toss all in a bowl and toss well. Spread out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Bake for 30-45 mins. Every oven is different and they can burn quickly. We take ours right to edge so they are super crunchy!
